Facility Rules

1. All personal firearms must be legally concealed or cased unloaded.
2. Maxon has the right to use video surveillance to observe customers anywhere on the premises.
3. Unsafe behavior should be reported to staff immediately.
4. Persons under the influence of drugs/alcohol are prohibited.
5. Non-Maxon instructors conducting firearms training for compensation at our facility may do so only with prior approval. Please contact the manager on duty for details.

Range Rules

1. Maximum of three shooters per lane currently.
2. All guns intended for range use must be cased.
3. Keep your muzzle pointed downrange at all times.
4. Do not move guns from booth to booth. Move shooters, not guns.
5. Keep your finger off the trigger until sights are on target and you are ready to fire.
6. No drawing from the holster.
7. No food, drink, gum or tobacco allowed in the range.
8. Ear and eye protection is mandatory while in the range.
9. Rental firearms must use Maxon ammunition, and renters must bring a buddy, a gun, or shoot with one of our instructors.
10. No steel core, armor piercing, tracer, or Russian/Chinese military surplus ammunition allowed.
11. No rapid fire.
12. No gun handling permitted outside of the shooting booth.
13. If a cease fire is called, immediately stop firing, put your firearm down on the shooting bench with the muzzle pointing down range, and back away from the firing line.
14. Shooters may collect only their own brass.
15. Any damage to the range equipment will be assessed and a charge will be applied to your bill prior to check out.
16. Maxon has the right to revoke range privileges at any time due to unsafe or irresponsible behavior, range users are responsible for any property damage they may cause.
17. Non-immigrant aliens cannot possess firearms or ammunition unless they are under the supervision of an instructor.
18. No open toe shoes, or low-cut tops.
